Both the crew who came on site and the back office staff were kind, courteous and very responsive. There was a small piece of rubble that came down from the chimney after the inspection, when I let them know about it they proactively followed up asking to see pictures and also set up a free follow up visit. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

So far my experience with DMV has been great. At this point, I'm just waiting for them to do a smoke test and finish the job. The original start date for them to install the chimney liner was Thursday 9/6 and it's now Tuesday 9/18, however weather has been the main reason for the delay. In terms of quality of work, everything appears to be done right, but I won't know for sure until they've finished. I'll provide an update after the job is completed.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great customer service. Willing to drive out into the sticks to get a job done. Inspection revealed a problem I already knew about, and they provided a super reasonable estimate - so I now trust them and will use them for repairs. Great company!

Perfectly. On-time, professional, and knowledgeable. Cleanings were done neatly and quickly with respect for my house. And our roof is no easy climb. Inspections were thorough with photos and helpful discussion of repairs needed.
