So far my experience with DMV has been great. At this point, I'm just waiting for them to do a smoke test and finish the job. The original start date for them to install the chimney liner was Thursday 9/6 and it's now Tuesday 9/18, however weather has been the main reason for the delay. In terms of quality of work, everything appears to be done right, but I won't know for sure until they've finished. I'll provide an update after the job is completed.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great customer service. Willing to drive out into the sticks to get a job done. Inspection revealed a problem I already knew about, and they provided a super reasonable estimate - so I now trust them and will use them for repairs. Great company!

Perfectly. On-time, professional, and knowledgeable. Cleanings were done neatly and quickly with respect for my house. And our roof is no easy climb. Inspections were thorough with photos and helpful discussion of repairs needed.

The workers were friendly explaining in detail what they found and what needed to be done to correct the problem. They prepared me for other problems they might encounter and what would be required if the problems were found. They were hard workers even though they experienced high heat through out the day.

It was really hard finding my little dead critter but they never gave up. They continued until he was found and removed. Money well earned and I would positively use them again.
