After finding out I had a mold problem, DMV Chimney and Masonry were willing to come out in the snow and give me and estimate, photos via text of before and after, and is working with my payment needs after learning that I had multiple issues (mold remediation, gutter repair and chimney repair). I'll definitely be contacting them again in the spring for their recommended waterproofing.

The repairmen were meticulous, professional, and courteous. The work looks fantastic; really do wish we used them in Jun 2017. We had a level 2 inspection (for home sale) on our chimney with two flues. Garrett was extremely professional and very thorough. We needed some repairs and the price provided was reasonable, so we even rehired him to come back and make the necessary repairs. Very happy with his service - he calls before the appointment to let you his arrival time, provides detailed information on your chimney condition, and provides a fair price.

So impressed with DMV Chimney and Masonry Repair! Garrett Kranias is passionate about his work, and it shows - we get our fireplace inspected every year before using it each winter, and we were happy with DMV's response to our request for a quote. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and were punctual, professional, and just so nice to work with! As it turns out, our fireplace was "squeaky clean" and didn't need a sweep. The team thoroughly checked the roof, and Garrett was able to give me a very detailed assessment of our chimney and cap (turns out a restoration a few years back was done very well). I am definitely hiring them again next winter!

I could not be happier with the service DMV Chimney and Masonry has provided! Garrett was the first one to respond to my request via Thumbtack and kept in constant contact while working around some snowy days. Garrett and his team were on time, professional and kind. Garrett contacted me right away to set up an appointment. He called a half hour before arriving, as promised. He and his team got right to work and were very friendly and efficient. In addition to cleaning the chimney, he told me what he saw while he was up on my roof (condition of roof, gutters, chimney) which was helpful, since I don't ever go up there. All in all, an exceptionally good experience with a smart and courteous professional. I would highly recommend DMV and we'll be using them again in the future.
